Happy Birthday Ella-Bella!

Wow, what a year it has been, it's been a roller coaster, but I wouldn"t change it for the world. Our Ella came into this world quickly and quietly, one might think she would be a demure and quiet little one the way she didn't scream and cry when she was born, but that one would be way wrong. She does have her bashful side, but she is loud and in charge 80% of the time.

And today! 1 year old!

Happy Birthday to my fabulous Ella Jade!

Just last night Rob and I were talking about Avrie and Quinn on their first birthdays and it's so fun to look back and see them grow. 

So some stats on miss ella:

height: taller than last month

weight: 22ish pounds

loves: animals (dogs especially), balls, ice cream, blueberries, hot dogs, cheese, mama's milk, and water from a sippy cup

hates: bed time, her sisters taking stuff from her, mama or daddy leaving the room, dirty diapers, chicken,

number of teeth: 8 sharp, and vampire like teeth

spoken words (and I'm under no illusion that other people can understand her, but she identifies and says these sounds and words at the approriate times): hi, mama, dada, cat (ATTTT!), ball (BAAW), yeah, milk (also maammaa)

signed words:more, eat, milk, drink, ball.

She isn't quite walking by herself yet, but will take a step or two, and loves to stand around or push her little play cart around.  And she LOVES to climb and is figuring out how to go down stairs too.

She's a curious little one and tries to keep up with her sisters. Not as easy to laugh as Quinn, but is still a funny little lady. It's weird to think that she has only been a part of our family for a year, because she just seems likes she's always been a part of us. So blessed we are!
